Making single-piece wheels into multi-piece splits maybe on trend right now, but the die-hards have been doing it for years. To celebrate this fact, we’ve combined a selection of our favourites and this Split Personality (see what we did there?) design is the result.

Lips & Barrels | Our Manufacturing Process.
- Stage 1: CNC spun from a 5mm thick Aluminium 6061 disc.
- Stage 2: Undergoes heat treatment and quenching to achieve a stable, strengthened state with high durability and strength. The T6 denotes the heat treatment method.
- Stage 3: Mirror polished without a clear coat, achieved by sanding with progressively finer grits. Finally cut, polished and buffed to a mirror finish.
- Stage 4: Bored and drilled open on our precision CNC machine to allow the best fitment.
