In celebration of the launch of Wheel Whores Japan we wanted to produce a sticker that was a play on the 'Rising Sun' flag used by the Imperial Japanese army, a design which in modern Japan is often used as a symbol of tradition and good fortune.

Lips & Barrels | Our Manufacturing Process.
- Stage 1: CNC spun from a 5mm thick Aluminium 6061 disc.
- Stage 2: Undergoes heat treatment and quenching to achieve a stable, strengthened state with high durability and strength. The T6 denotes the heat treatment method.
- Stage 3: Mirror polished without a clear coat, achieved by sanding with progressively finer grits. Finally cut, polished and buffed to a mirror finish.
- Stage 4: Bored and drilled open on our precision CNC machine to allow the best fitment.
