The brief we gave resident designer, Josh Mussel, for our latest design was simple, incorporate the early hot rod movement, cartoons from a certain 70’s UK custom car magazine and Ed Roth’s Rat Fink ‘thing’ but with a modern twist. Oh, and star of the show had to be the Larsson Customizing Volvo Hemizon gasser. What better ride to hammer home this pretty important slogan? Wheels Maketh The Car. Everybody knows that, right?

Lips & Barrels | Our Manufacturing Process.
- Stage 1: CNC spun from a 5mm thick Aluminium 6061 disc.
- Stage 2: Undergoes heat treatment and quenching to achieve a stable, strengthened state with high durability and strength. The T6 denotes the heat treatment method.
- Stage 3: Mirror polished without a clear coat, achieved by sanding with progressively finer grits. Finally cut, polished and buffed to a mirror finish.
- Stage 4: Bored and drilled open on our precision CNC machine to allow the best fitment.
